Item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Tags attached

In original packaging (especially if it’s a branded boutique box)

Return Type Options

Refund to original payment method

Store credit / exchange only (especially for special occasionwear or sale items)

Clearly mark items that are FINAL SALE:

Clearance items

Custom or made-to-order dresses

White/ivory gowns (due to wear concerns)

Earrings or accessories for hygiene reasons

 Damaged or Wrong Item

Must be reported within 48–72 hours of delivery

Require photo evidence for review

Offer replacement or full refund if approved
